ALP-SEBB, Inc., doing business as Southeast Black and Blue (SEBB), is a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation in Georgia. Its mission is to provide safe, community-based educational spaces for marginalized communities in the Southeast U.S., focusing on sexual and mental health for queer communities. Operating since 2008, SEBB organizes kink and fetish events primarily at the Atlanta Eagle but also at other locations.
